Overview:

The Maintenance Manager will be a key leader in maintaining a strong plant reliability program ensuring efficient operations.  This position ensures a preventive and predictive maintenance program, adds technical improvements to existing mechanical systems, and designs and documents unique application systems.

Experience is desired in the following areas:

    Show leadership by approaching all work with a safety first commitment.
    Ability to coach, mentor, teach, and influence others while developing staff competence.
    Provide technical expertise, with the intent of establishing Root Cause.
    Perform periodic reviews of equipment failures to identify potential areas of focus.
    Working with maintenance supervisors, planners and equipment owners to assure asset compliance with the RCFA standard.
    Demonstrate practical application of the following reliability improvement tools:
    Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
    Preventive Maintenance Optimization (PMO)
    Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)
    Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
    Predictive technologies including: vibration, thermography, ultrasound, lubrication analysis, and others.
    Other advanced reliability methods.

Background Requirements:

    The successful candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related degree or significant experience.
    Minimum of five years experience as a Reliability/Maintenance Engineer, Reliability Consulting role or RCM Facilitation, Risk-based Inspection, or Equipment Analysis.
    Background in heavy industry, mining, or minerals.
